ISR SELF-RESCUE® NEW STUDENT SESSION
A new student session will teach your child how to effectively Self-Rescue® by using either the Rollback-to-Float or Swim-Float-Swim method. The skills your child will learn are based on his/her age and ability.
New student sessions are 6-7 weeks of daily ten-minute lessons, Monday through Friday.
ISR SELF-RESCUE® REFRESHER SESSION
A refresher session is for students that have been out of lessons for more than three months and/or who may have hit several development milestones. Refresher sessions sharpen and refine skills to ensure each student is competent and confident.
Refresher sessions are three weeks of daily
ten-minute lessons, Monday through Friday.
ISR SELF-RESCUE® MAINTENANCE LESSONS
Maintenance lessons are for students who have recently completed an ISR Self-Rescue® session and help students maintain their skills and confidence
throughout the year.
Maintenance lessons should be scheduled at the interval recommended by the instructor, ranging from once a week to once a month.
